Workshop on Development of Monitoring and Evaluation (MONEV) Instruments For Programme Impact

Monitoring and Evaluation instrument is an important tool for institution to determine the effectiveness of programs in order to improve future programs. On 25-28 May 2015, the representative of SEAMEO QITEP in Science, M. Haidar Helmi, participated in Workshop on Development of Monitoring and Evaluation (MONEV) Instruments For Programme Impact that was held by SEAMEO QITEP in Language, in Depok, Jawa Barat.

With speaker from SEAMEO TROPMED Network, Prof. Dr. Ma Sandra B. Tempongko, the workshop was intended to develop an appropriate instrument to be used by respective institutions. She explained how to identify the target to apply the instrument, the main level of training evaluation which should be included in instrument, and how to design the instrument properly.

The training was attended by representatives of SEAMEO Centres in Indonesia and PPPPTK Bahasa. At the end of session, all participants were expected to develop the instruments for their own institution.
