{"id":3151,"date":"2014-05-22T04:02:01","date_gmt":"2014-05-22T04:02:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.qitepscience.org\/?p=3151"},"modified":"2014-05-22T04:02:01","modified_gmt":"2014-05-22T04:02:01","slug":"science-education-training-for-early-childhood","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.qitepinscience.org\/id\/blog\/2014\/05\/22\/science-education-training-for-early-childhood\/","title":{"rendered":"Science Education Training for Early Childhood"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;Science learning for young children (age 4 \u2013 6 years) will be more successful when using the inquiry-based scientific approach.\u201d This statement was the conclusion agreed to by 47 tutors who were participants in the Science Education Training for Early Childhood in Tanjung Pandan, Bangka-Belitung Province, on 28 April-1 May 2014.<br \/>\nThe training was conducted by Pusat Pengembangan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini Nasional Indonesia (PP PAUDNI, the National Centre for Development of Early Childhood Education). Ms Eka Danti Agustiani was invited as a facilitator representing SEAMEO QITEP in Science.<br \/>\nThe training aimed to increase early childhood education tutors\u2019 ingenuity in using local resources as materials for science learning.
