This online workshop was a preparation for the incoming training activities in 2020.<br \/>\nThis online workshop was attended by 20 participants who were divided into five teams, namely drafting team, external reviewer, internal reviewer, layout designer and graphic designer teams. The majority of these team members are from the SEAQIS staff members, while the external reviewer team mostly consists of external experts.<br \/>\nThis online workshop discussed the preparation of drafting teaching materials for training activities in 2020. On the first day, the workshop was started with presentations of types and forms of teaching materials based on online training, continued with discussions on looking for agreement on the types and systematics of teaching materials. On the second day, the workshop was continued with the drafting and each team worked within their group.<br \/>\nThe last day of the workshop was ended with the presentation from each team.
