The Centre has successfully conducted the Pre-Implementation Workshop of PRAISE Pilot Schools from 6-8 September 2013 located in SanGria Hotel, Lembang, West Java. This workshop was participated by 10 junior high schools from Bandung and West Bandung Province and was aimed to provide the teachers of PRAISE pilot schools the introduction of what inquiry-based learning is and also experience in using the resource book. The Centre also invited resource person from Science by Doing Australia namely Prof. Denis Goodrum, Dr. Jef Byrne, and Dr. Kerrie Wilde to give the participants some insights about inquiry learning and also to share experiences in the way their promoting inquiry-based science learning throughout Australia.
