This program is SEA-CEP’s strategy to capture environmental actors, both individuals and groups, from students, teachers, education staff, or the community. The goal is that they can join SEAQIS in supporting programs that can change people’s mindsets to become more pro-environment so that they can contribute to achieve the global target of zero net emission and maintain a safe temperature rise. In addition, this program is also aims to form a wider publication network for the collaboration of SEAQIS partners in the SEA-CEP program. The form of the program is competition and collaboration.
