First In-Service Training on the Implementation of Inquiry-Based Science Teaching Materials

SEAMEO QITEP in Science is currently conducting the Training on Implementation of Inquiry-Based Science Teaching Materials, from 11-15 August 2014. The program is a continuation of the previous PRAISE program (Promoting Real Australian Indonesian Science Education) in 2013.
The program involves ten schools from Bandung and West Bandung, with four teachers from each school participating. The program was officiated by the Head of Centre for Development and Empowerment of Teacher and Education Personnel (CDETEP) in Science, Dr Sediono.
The training is the first instalment of the “in-on-in-on” activity series. The training is the first In-Service Training that will be followed by the first On-Job Training at schools. The teachers will be invited again to participate in the second In-Service Training that will be followed by the second On-Job Training. All activities will be concluded by the final report compilation.
