SEAMEO QITEP in Science, SEAMEO QITEP in Mathematics, and SEAMEO QITEP in Language made their third meeting in developing their 2nd FYDP in Lor-In Hotel, Solo, Central Java. The meeting was conducted on 3 to 6 December 2013. The agenda of the meeting was to report the progress of 2nd FYDP draft from every centre. In this stage, SEAMEO QITEP in Science has formulated its preferred scenarios and programme thrusts for year 2014, and determined the inquiry-based approach as its niche. Dr. Jesus C. Fernandez, Deputy Director for Programme of SEAMEO BIOTROP shared his experiences and assisted SEAMEO QITEP in Science in finishing the 2nd FYDP document.
In the workshop, it was also planned that the finalization of the 2nd FYDP of three SEAMEO QITEP Centres will be on April 2014.
