To prepare the celebration of the 50th Anniversary of SEAMEO, Indonesian’s SEAMEO Centres conducted a meeting from 14 to 16 April 2014 in SEAMEO QITEP in Language, Jl. Gardu, Serengseng Sawah, Jakarta Selatan. The Meeting was attended by six Centre Directors, Deputies, and Head Divisions/Managers of each Centre. The meeting was also attended by the director of SEAMEO Secretariat, Dr Gatot Hari Priowirjanto, who also opened the meeting officially.
In the meeting, the attendees were discussing several things i.e. the agenda for the SEAMEO Night, One Day Seminar, the invitation, budgeting, and also the venue. The attendees agreed that the celebration will be conducted on 7 October 2015, in Gedung A, Ministry of Education and Culture, in Senayan Jakarta.
The meeting then agreed that this celebration event is Indonesian’s SEAMEO Centres participation in celebration the 50th Anniversary of SEAMEO that falls this year.
