SEAQIS representatives (Mr Nursidik and Ms Ayu Intan) along with Ms Nissa Afriliana (the representative from Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel, Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology) attended China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week (CAECW) from 22 to 23 August 2024 in Guiyang, Guizhou Province, China.
They participated in the conference entitled “High-level Internationalized Talent Cultivation Exchange and Achievement Exhibition”, which was hosted by China Center for International People-to-People Exchange, Ministry of Education, P. R. China and Harbour International Education Technology.
At this conference, representatives from universities and institutions worldwide shared their experiences in cultivating high-level internationalised talents. The representative of SEAMEO Secretariat, Ms Diba Safitri, also presented their experiences during the roundtable discussion.
By participating in this event, SEAQIS aims to strengthen its network and foster new collaborations with educational institutions across Southeast Asia and beyond. This engagement underscores SEAQIS’s commitment to enhancing educational exchanges and partnerships, ultimately contributing to the advancement of high-level international talent development.
