From 8 to 10 December 2024, SEAQIS successfully held Programme Evaluation Workshop and SEAQIS Employee Achievement Awards (SEA EAA) at the Swiss-Bellresort Dago Heritage in Bandung. The three-day event brought together SEAQIS staff and interns to reflect on the year’s accomplishments, foster teamwork, and celebrate outstanding contributions.
The event began on the evening of 8 December 2024 with the Programme Evaluation Workshop, in which employees reviewed the year’s initiatives and identified opportunities for improvement. This collaborative session underscored SEAQIS’ commitment to continuous growth and innovation in achieving organisational goals.
The second day featured a mix of fun and celebration. The morning was filled with engaging games, while the evening saw the highly anticipated SEA EAA with outstanding performances from interns. Ms Tika Karlina (Finance and Infrastructure Division) was honoured as Best Employee of the Year, while Ms Winona Putri Ibrahim (Graphic Designer Intern) received the Best Intern Award. The Programme Evaluation and SEA EAA 2024 exemplified SEAQIS’ mission to nurture talent, foster collaboration, and celebrate excellence.
