SEAMEO Secretariat held the SEAMEO Service Award Program on 19-22 March 2013 in Hanoi, Vietnam. One of the awardees was Ms. Lili Indarti, the secretary of SEAMEO QITEP in Science.  She was awarded for her dedication and achievement of working.  The award plaque was delivered by the Minister of Education and Training of Vietnam, H.E.
